Your Heart

I wrote this poem back in "2006" and just wanted to share it with ya'll!

How can a heart take it

Cause it hurts so bad when it breaks

But loves feels so good

So when you see this guy you think to yourself "maybe I should"

Then the relationship goes up but then soon comes down

And that smile you once had turns into a frown

Even though it hurts so bad you don't want to let go

Because this guy you love so much you think u know

Now you have sleepless nights thinking about him

And every time the phone rings wishing it was him

Wondering if he's thinking about u

Asking yourself what did I do

Wanna say lets get back together after all we have been through

Now another girl has caught his eye

And u feel like your going to die

Now when he walks by he doesn't stop

Your heart feels like its going to drop

All you do is fight and and shout

You ask yourself is this what love is all about

Now you think to yourself this love thing you shouldn't dare

Cause now your heart feels like it cant be repaired
